1. What is coaching?....that is the question.


Coaching is NOT counselling NOR therapy. However, coaching is often described as therapeutic. Coaching is a collaborative partnership between yourself and your coach. Your coach will help you discover your own answers that leads to shifts in attitude, behaviour and habit formation. Often challenges or things that we perceive as barriers can get in our way and we often feel stuck. A coach can help you to move through those challenges and keep your eye on the prize. The wonderful thing about this process is that you will leave with the knowledge and confidence that you can continue to reproduce your desired outcomes going forward. 2.  What can you expect from me as your coach?

a) Collaborate with you in exploring what you want from each session and establish measures of success.

b) Actively listen to you and ask questions that bring about new understanding and an awareness of what is possible.

c) Create a safe environment for you to uncover your own truths and discover new awareness to empower you to take action.

d) Maintain confidentiality unless there is mention of harming oneself or another.

3.  How will I know you are the right coach for me?​

I offer a complimentary discovery session where we both can explore if this is the right fit.  Before committing to coaching, you can see first hand if this is something that is for you.

4.  How do I schedule or reschedule a session?

You have up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session to reschedule it free of charge. In order to schedule or reschedule a session you can email me or call me.

5.  Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered the first day after the first scheduled coaching session. 

6.  Where do coaching sessions take place?

Most coaching sessions are done over the phone or through Internet (i.e. Skype, Zoom, or FaceTime)  in the comfort of your own home or office.  You should choose a time and space where you will not be interrupted. If you wish to have our first session face to face, that can be arranged. 

7.  How long are sessions?

There are different packages that you can choose from that offer 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions. The price of these packages depends on the client's individual needs (i.e frequency and additional resources given such as resume building, mock interviews etc.) The price ranges on average from $100 to $150/hour.

8.  How do I pay for coaching sessions?

You can pay for your coaching sessions via etransfer or over the phone via credit card.
